You can now collect files from users right inside Moveworks!

With File Slots, you can design plugins that request and send files (like receipts, ID documents, invoices.) directly to external systems.

  • Single-file uploads via a built-in “Upload File” button in chat
  • Integration with HTTP actions through flexible file mapping
  • Supports raw upload, multipart/form, multipart/related, application/octet-stream, and base64

      This is exciting news! Besides plugin use cases, will this skill be migrating to SNOW Form Ingestion? We have a couple forms that are not agent fillable because Attachment is not supported.

      Hi ​@DIANA.TWC - Not at this time. ServiceNow forms behave differently because their architecture operates distinctly. They use client scripts to validate attachments on a form; unfortunately, we don’t have access to mimic these client scripts, and it prevents us from doing everything in one single flow.

      If we could, it would be a two-step process, one where the user submits the form without the attachment, and a second step where the user gets the ability to upload the attachment, referencing the new record.
