Agent Studio - Content Activity - KBA / Forms

Hi Team,

I’ve recently noticed that Knowledge and Forms features in Agent Studio Content Activity seem to be unstable for me. Specifically,

  1. When I add a knowledge article in a content activity, the bot displays empty “” results.
  2. For forms, instead of  the usual buttons to open them, I only see a hyperlink.

Is this a bug? Has the product team already identified this issue?
