• What you want to learn or discuss: AI best practices, tips, or strategies

• Fun fact (optional!): Hobbies, interests, or a favorite bot story

How (and Why) to Update Your Profile 
 

Your profile is your first impression in the Moveworks Community — let’s make it a good one!

A complete profile helps others connect with you more easily, builds trust, and makes conversations more meaningful. Whether you're asking a question, sharing a win, or just saying hello, a strong profile gives your posts more context.

🛠 Here's how to update your profile:

1. Click on your avatar or initials in the top right corner
2. Select “My Profile”
3. Click “Edit Profile”
4. Add details like:
   • Your name and title
   • A fun fact about yourself
   • A profile photo (optional, but it helps people recognize you!)

💡 What makes a good profile?

• ✅ Clear name and role
  ✅ A headshot or image of your choice
• ✅ (Bonus!) A fun fact or personal interest to spark connection

1. From the homepage or specific community space, click “CREATE A TOPIC” in the top right corner of your screen
   1. Select “Question / Conversation” depending on the nature of your post
2. Add a clear title that describes your topic
3. Write your post in the message area — and don’t worry about perfection!
4. Choose a category or tag
5. Click “Create” — and you’re done!
    

💡 Tips for Asking a Great Question:

• Be specific! Instead of “Bot isn’t working,” try “Bot not recognizing common IT terms in messages — help?”
• Share context: What are you trying to do? What have you tried already?
• Share any screenshots or relevant information
• Let us know your level of technical aptitude so that we can respond appropriately
