This is related to our ITSM process in ServiceNow. I’m looking to trigger a notification by our bot on Teams when the State of a ticket is changed, like an event-driven action. I noticed that there is an existing notification trigger but this only works when the fulfiller has written down Additional Comments (Customer Visible), otherwise it does not trigger any notification.
